- Engineering & Technical Advisory: Solar, BESS, grid and distributed energy engineers with emerging market experience.
- Strategy & Policy: Analysts and advisors with backgrounds in energy policy, government advisory or economic development.
- Operations & Delivery: project managers and coordinators with experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes across Africa.
- Legal, Governance & ESG: lawyers and sustainability professionals with cross-border transaction and institutional structuring experience.
