From an idea to something that gets built

Five things. In the order they usually happen.

What we do

We find and start projects

We originate opportunities ourselves, and we build on what partners bring us. Either way the question is the same: can this work commercially, can it scale, and what has to be true for that to happen?

We build the commercial case

The model, the numbers, the ownership structure, the contracts. The version that stands up when a development bank pulls it apart.

We set up the governance

Who decides what, who is accountable, what gets reported. Boring until it’s the reason a deal dies.

We raise the money

We know what development banks, commercial banks and private investors each need to see, and we build towards it from the start rather than repackaging at the end.

We take it from pilot to scale

Manufacturing, distribution, local supply chains, long-term performance. Getting one site built is hard. Building something that repeats — across sites, states and markets — without being reassembled from scratch each time is a different job. It means standard contracts, a supply chain that can serve more than one build, and a structure an investor can fund again without starting the diligence over.

Running through all of it: ESG and standards

For us ESG is not a box to tick for investors. Projects that handle their environmental and social impact properly last longer, cost less to run, keep their community licence and hold their value. We build that in from day one because it is what makes an asset worth owning in twenty years — and because putting it in later, during due diligence, is expensive and slow.

ESG and sustainability advisory

We built this capability because our own platforms need it. Organisations now ask us to do the same for them.

Banks, corporates and institutions come to us for ESG strategy, energy audits, sustainability reporting and board-level training. What they are buying is people who have had to satisfy real investors and real regulators on real assets, rather than a framework written from the outside.
