Why It
Matters?
For millions of families across Africa, clean energy remains out of reach - not because technology is missing but because business models, skills and affordability gaps still hold people back. We focus on interventions that make practical sense: clean cooking, cold storage, productive-use power and climate-smart tools that help households and small businesses thrive. Our work prioritises those most affected by energy poverty and climate vulnerability - ensuring they are not just included but central to how solutions are designed and scaled.
What We Do

Local Energy Access
Supporting the rollout of decentralised, affordable energy solutions - from solar home systems to off-grid cooling, clean cooking and productive-use appliances.
Education & Skills
Designing practical, locally relevant climate education, workforce training and entrepreneurship pathways for young people entering the green economy.
Solution Acceleration
Working with innovators, cooperatives and micro-enterprises to test, refine and scale solutions that improve quality of life and unlock income-earning potential.

Chill and Thrive
Solar-powered cold rooms supporting smallholder farmers and rural clinics - reducing post-harvest losses and ensuring safe vaccine storage where grid access is unreliable.
GreenRise Academy
A youth-focused skills platform creating pathways in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, recycling and green enterprise - including a track designed for young people with disabilities (GreenABILITY).
