Which one are you?

You’re building something

You have a site, a licence, a concession or an early-stage asset. It’s real, but it isn’t fundable yet.

We work alongside you to fix that — the commercial model, the ownership and governance structure, the ESG standards investors will test, and the route to the right money.

Then we stay. We hold a long-term position in the platform and remain involved through financing, construction and operation. You are not buying advice. You are getting a partner whose outcome is tied to yours.

This works best when: the asset or the right is real, you want a long-term partner rather than a supplier, and you would rather do it properly than quickly.

You’re looking to invest

You want African clean energy and industrial opportunities that have been properly built — or you want to shape one with us from the start.

We bring pipeline we originated ourselves, structured to institutional standards, with governance and impact frameworks already in place. Where your mandate calls for something that doesn’t exist yet, we build it with you from scratch and stay involved afterwards.

We build platforms rather than one-off projects for a specific reason: dry powder. There is capital allocated to African clean energy that cannot find pipeline of the right size or quality to deploy into. A platform can take a serious allocation and put it to work across repeatable assets. A single project takes one cheque and stops.

This works best when: you need real assets rather than a fund, you have capital that has struggled to find pipeline at the right size, and you want someone on the ground who is still there in year five.

Not sure yet

Tell us what you’re trying to do. If we’re not the right people we’ll say so, and usually point you at who is.

What we bring

  • We start projects, not just improve them
  • Governance and ESG built to development finance standards
  • Real relationships with development banks, commercial banks and African governments
  • A long-term position in the outcome
